i have done everything i could find on the internet disabled 1pv6 ,disabled firewall deleted the connection and reconnected always the same thing it recognises it and knows thats its there it just cant connect and puts a little sun type thing on the connection signal and when it does connect it says there isnt any internet access when there is my ps3 connects fine and my dads pc does using ethernet i have a compaq presario cq56 using windows 7 my laptop works on other internet boxs and doesnt work on ethernet on mine either it has its very odd moments when it works ive rebuilt my laptop twice still no joy before when i troubleshooted the problem it just said reset my internet did that countless amount of time no luck sometimes it said it had found the problem and repared buy it hadnt now when i troubleshoot it just says "troubleshoot wasnt able to fix your problem " plz help :(

Cest certainement d un conflit dadresse IP, voire au fait que votre plage DHCP est trop restreinte.
