Bird-Jones design telescop possibility? I could not cancel the order!..?

Unfortunately for me, I could not cancel the order I made for Galileo 1260x120mm Catadioptric Reflector Telescope. I am seduced by the large diameter and the large focal length (catadioptric system without knowing). I know its a telescope low end ($ 100) but I wonder if it is still possible for a beginner to have fun with this crap. What should I expect, is that I could watch some planets?
